This is an important part of the service we provide and is often one of the biggest determinate factors in the ‘shape, feel and texture’ of an event.
When we undertake venue finding for our clients (a free service), our research goes much deeper than a typical venue search. We will look at the implications on the venue of the event we are considering such as ease of access, height restrictions, layout implications, power requirements, security and other key aspects that left un-researched can cost more in the long run. In short we research the venues that your event works in. The event design should come first closely followed by the venue that will be capable of handling your event.
We work very closely with the management of the venue, which often enables us to extend the event delivery beyond the norms. We understand the key drivers for the venue, which enables us to make them a true stakeholder in the success of the event.
